Studio Policies

Booking Policy

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. There is a 2 hour minimum required for booking. A 50% deposit is required to book time. Cancellations within 24 hours of booked time forfeit the deposit. Booked session time starts at the agreed starting time, not when clients arrive. The studio respectfully reserves the right to deny clients access to the studio if the studio deems necessary.

Payment Policy

The remainder of studio fees is to be paid at the end of booked session time. No final exports or files will be delivered unless outstanding studio fees have been resolved. We accept payment via cash, check, Chase Quickpay, Venmo, or Paypal and credit card with 4% surcharge.

Data and Storage of Session Files

Files will be held at the studio at least 3 months after booked sessions. After this period, the studio reserves the right to erase the files. Clients are expected to bring a physical storage device or be prepared to have the session files sent over via Google Drive. Rose Studios is not responsible for lost session files due to any unforeseen event/circumstance, fire or major catastrophe that causes damage to studio or destroys session files.
